About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled Optometrist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a patient-focused setting where your expertise and care make a meaningful impact every day.

 

As our in-house Optometrist, you'll:

- Perform comprehensive eye examinations with precision and care

- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, including dry eye and ocular disease

- Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses tailored to individual patient needs

- Educate patients on eye health, preventative care, and treatment options

- Collaborate with our opticians and support staff to deliver exceptional service

 

What We’re Looking For

✔ Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from an accredited institution  

✔ Licensed to practice in Ontario  

✔ Strong clinical skills and attention to detail  

✔ Excellent bedside manner and communication skills  

✔ A team player with a passion for patient-centered care  

✔ Commitment to professional development and continued learning  

 

Preferred Experience

- 1–5 years of clinical experience managing dry eye and ocular disease  

- Comfortable with a fast-paced yet friendly environment  

- Ready to hit the ground running—we're looking for someone who can start immediately!  

 

Must-Haves

- Valid Optometrist license (Ontario)  

- Valid driver’s license
