Eye & Vision Clinic

Our friendly, patient-focused eye care clinic is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Optician to join our team. We are seeking someone outgoing, and passionate about helping patients look and see their best. A strong interest in fashion, aesthetics, and eyewear styling is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in selecting frames that suit their style and prescription needs
  • Take accurate eyewear measurements
  • Educate and recommend patients on lens options and coatings
  • Adjust and repair eyewear
  • Maintain frame inventory and process orders
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Support lab work (an asset)

Qualifications

  • Registered with the Ontario College of Opticians
  • Valid Dispensing Optician License (required)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (French would be an asset)
  • Excellent customer service and sales ability
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
  • Interest in eyewear trends and fashion
  • Strong organizational, and computer skills

Position Details

  • Full-Time, In-Person
  • Monday - Friday work week, weekends off
  • Wage: $34 – $39 per hour
